Wellness Retreat

Relax into an indulgent morning of "me time". Greet the day with a Vinyasa yoga session from warm up to guided relaxation. After a nutritious morning tea break the Essential Oils 101 workshop will teach you ways to maximise the goodness and power of these products in different areas of your life, complete with takeaway recipes and sample. Finish the morning becoming fully present with yourself through a guided meditation session.
