Tai Chi for Beginners

This workshop is for new comers to Tai Chi.  Warm up exercises and beginners Tai Chi forms.

A gentle introduction to the art of “Moving meditation”, with Kathy Smith.  Kathy teaches Tai Chi based on Paul Lam’s Tai Chi for Health programmes for falls prevention and arthritis,  promoting general well being and relaxation


To see a performance of Tai Chi by Kathy's local classes, come to the lunchtime concert on Thursday at 12 noon.
